Position Overview:

Saturday mornings - 9am-1pm (weekly or fortnightly)
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Cosmetic Nurse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in aesthetic treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, laser, vascular laser and skin rejuvenation procedures. You will work closely with our dermatologists and dermatology nurses to ensure the highest standard of care and client satisfaction.

Weekdays - Casual Cover

We are looking for casual support on weekdays for our dermatology nursing team.

The role provides nursing support in the dermatology clinic, including escorting patients into rooms, taking patient intake history, pre and post-operative wound management and dressings, assisting with min or procedures in rooms, sterilisation, clinical photography and various clinically-based administration support duties.

Ideal for a nurse with private practice experience and/or peri-operative and wound management experience who is seeking a role in private practice, with a support team of administration staff and experienced dermatology nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans

• Administer injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, Dysport)

• Perform skin treatments such as microneedling, laser, vascular laser and chemical peels

• Provide pre- and post-treatment care and education

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up plans

• Support a safe, hygienic, and welcoming clinical environment

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification Level 2 or above with current AHPRA registration

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in cosmetic or dermatology nursing preferred - we use Cutera Excel V + and the Candela Frax Pro

• Certification and hands-on experience in injectables highly desirable

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach

Remuneration: Based on Nurses Award, RN Level 2

Saturdays: $70/hour + super

Weekdays: $46/hour + super
