Think HQ is looking for a Mid-Level Creative Strategist to develop insights and creative strategies that drive meaningful impact for our clients and contribute to business growth. This highly collaborative role works closely with the Group Head of Creative Strategy and integrated teams across the agency to transform insights into compelling, purpose-driven ideas.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative doer who thrives on both defining the vision and bringing it to life. You’re just as comfortable uncovering insights and shaping strategy as you are working with teams to influence and execute creative solutions that resonate and drive results.
The Creative Strategist plays a pivotal role in turning research, insights, and audience behaviours into amazing ideas that influence and drive results. This isn’t just about making campaigns look great - it’s about understanding people, staying ahead of trends, and combining performance data with storytelling to deliver work that is both purposeful and powerful.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and creative doer, someone who can identify opportunities, shape innovative ideas, and see them through from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate across our strategy, creative, PR, tech, multicultural and client service teams, working with government, not-for-profit, and purpose-led brands to develop campaigns that make a real difference.
