We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical CRM and Analytics Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with brand marketing teams to develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. You will also analyze complex datasets to provide key insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to support brand equity and growth.Partner with brand teams to execute ad hoc campaign strategies and provide feedback on local needs.Analyze omnichannel performance to drive business strategy, profitability, and future campaign investment.Gather and analyze complex datasets to provide insights on consumer preferences, define optimal consumer segments, and evaluate campaign performance.Act as the key interface between affiliate brand teams and the regional CRM/CI team to implement global/regional CRM/CI strategies.Advise the commercial team on sharing CRM data and insights with retailers.Define metrics to assess the success of campaign initiatives across consumer touchpoints.Execute new analytics practices to improve CRM/media targeting ROI.Provide ongoing digital data analysis on consumer behavior and engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CRM and data analytics, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.Proficiency in Adobe Campaign 7 or equivalent (Emarsys, Braze, SF, Marketo)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
