This role involves creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing performance metrics to drive sales and improve results. You will manage the email marketing calendar and handle all aspects of email program execution, including planning, copywriting, asset trafficking, segmentation, testing, and analysis. Additionally, you will oversee and continuously develop the MyTriumph program. CRM Marketing Specialist, ANZ Your responsibilities: Develop and execute CRM strategies, including email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns, to maximize revenue, retention, and customer engagement.Monitor channel performance metrics such as subscriber growth, sessions, CTR, conversion rates, AOV, and engagement frequency, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.Conduct data analysis to inform optimization strategies and execute A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.Ensure all customer communications are impactful, on-brand, region-specific, and aligned with go-to-market (GTM) content across all channels.Manage the MyTriumph loyalty program by planning and executing loyalty marketing campaigns, promotional activities, program benefits, and customer journey mapping.Build and manage audience segments within the customer data platform, ensuring seamless integration and distribution to appropriate marketing channels.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content and assets that align with channel objectives and uphold the Triumph Brand.Manage the CRM and loyalty marketing calendar, including setting timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.Work closely with global teams and external partners. Measures of Success:Develop and implement strong CRM initiatives that hit KPI targets (e.g., subscriber growth, unsubscribe rates, open rates, CTRs, and engagement).Deliver marketing campaigns on time with minimal mistakes.Achieve success in the MyTriumph program (e.g., CRR, RPR, purchase frequency, CLV, reward redemption rates). Your ideal Profile: Minimum 3+ years experience in email marketing, CRM management, and/or lifecycle automations.Local market (ANZ) consumer working experience.Strong attention to detail.Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking.Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.High drive and result-oriented.Experience in the fashion/beauty/apparel business, is a bonus.Experience in graphic design (Adobe Suite), is a bonus.Basic coding experience in HTML is a plus.Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
