Crusher Operator

The Opportunity This role offers stability and growth opportunities, putting you at the forefront of managing the safe and efficient operation of both primary and tertiary crushing plants. Working from the control room box, you’ll have the autonomy to monitor operations and address issues as they come up. Hours: 4:45pm to 4:45am – permanent night shift with a 30% shift loading on all regular hours. Overtime is paid at time and a half for the first 2 hours, then double time. Daily Duties Include Manage and control the crushing and screening processes for both Primary and Tertiary plants.Log hourly tonnage and any shift issues.Report visual issues to the Supervisor.Maintain clear 2-way communication and remain in the control room, except during allocated breaks. Requires: Previous crushing experience (preferred).Previous experience with the Sytech control system.Ability to work 12 hour shifts, and Saturday's when required.
