About us:
We are a company located in Sydney's Inner West that specialises in the supply and installation of internal and external blinds and curtains to the commercial and hospitality markets. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our installation team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure all installations of products are completed to the highest standards in the required time frames and to the customer's satisfaction
· Work and communicate effectively with the Installation Coordinator and Project Managers to ensure the installation process is efficient and cost effective.
· Document accurately all aspects of the installation.
· Provide daily feedback to Installation Coordinator on status of jobs assigned.
· Abide by all WHS legislative requirements when going to or operating on a worksite.
· Ensure a professional, businesslike appearance to all persons dealt with on behalf of the Company.
· Clean up site after completion of installation work.
· Any reasonable tasks requested by Project Manager or Service Department Administrator.
Skills/Experience
· Previous experience in an Installation or trades role is preferred.
· White Card authorised under NSW requirements.
· Australian Drivers Licence
· Must have own tools
· Working at Heights and/or Elevated Work Platform License are an advantage.
· Previous experience working on commercial building sites an advantage.
· Compliant with the National Code, the Guidelines and all legislative obligations.
· Must have the ability to work well under pressure to time restraints.
· Must be well organised and possess the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
