Join our team as a Customer and Partner Services Officer, where you will support our Dealer Finance, Novated, and Structured Partners by providing technical support and problem-solving for consumer and commercial applications processed through BOQ systems.
You will ensure compliance with credit policy to complete pre-settlement validations. Your responsibilities will include assisting partners with technical support, resolving complex application issues, completing work requests, and handling telephone queries.
Additionally, you will be involved in continuous process improvements, engage in training, and exemplify the BOQ Group values to contribute to BOQs purpose, alongside progressing through your career here with many opportunities and avenues.
You, the successful candidate – a strong background in customer service and/or call centre environments, with the ability to multi-task and lead passion & exceptional service. Alongside having experience in credit, documentation, and settlements for consumer and commercial lending products is a plus not a must.
Someone with tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Finance is also a plus. You should be comfortable operating within policies and procedures, possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and excellent time management.
