About the Role As the Customer Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of field technicians responsible for delivering professional, customer-centric technical support that meets our contractual service level agreements. You’ll inspire your team to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality service, while also driving commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused technical support teamCoaching team members and driving performance through strategic KPIsStreamlining processes and leveraging technology for smarter work practicesEnsuring alignment with other Technical Services teams for optimal service deliveryChampioning workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance across all gaming jurisdictionsRolling out new initiatives to boost team efficiency and customer satisfactionBuilding strong internal relationships within the Customer Operations team and broader Technical Services function What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in a technical or service delivery environmentExceptional people management and coaching skillsA strong customer-first mindsetAbility to drive operational excellence and continuous improvementKnowledge of compliance and safety standards, ideally within the gaming or technology sectorsA proactive, solutions-focused approach What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in fast-paced service delivery environmentsA track record of inspiring teams and driving resultsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skillsHigh energy and adaptability in a dynamic, client-focused environmentStrong multi-tasking and time management skills with a results-oriented mindsetUnderstanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (ideally in gaming or similar industries)Creative problem-solving and an innovative approach to challenges About Tabcorp We’re Australia’s leading gambling entertainment company.
