The Customer Service Assistant reports directly to our Brand Manager and is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition as ‘Your Friend in Fashion’. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are given informed, impeccable and prompt responses when they reach out to us on our email, phone, social platforms or when they attend our face to face showroom sessions.

The role is based in our head office in Fairfield and an in-office role.

How you will contribute:

  • Respond and provide support to our community and customers via email, phone and social media platforms (Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram)

  • Work to resolve all customer disputes on all platforms

  • Manage and assist customers face to face in our retail showroom sessions

  • Seek opportunities to build long lasting impressions and make genuine sales through uplifting women of all ages, bodies and backgrounds

  • Provide feedback to our in-house design team on the customer trends you identify

  • From time to time appear in our social media content and show our customers who is behind the brand

  • Assisting small team in any other tasks required such as general office administration, returns, one off incidents

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum one year in fashion retail experience with online/office customer service experience in a fashion environment desirable

  • Reliable and consistent work ethic

  • An interest in fashion and styling

  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people

  • Ability to come across bubbly and personable in written and verbal communication

  • Confident with navigating multiple systems at once

  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment autonomously and as part of a small growing team 

  • Willingness to learn and develop from senior team members and grow with business
