Reporting into the General Manager, you will have ownership of: Day to day management of the administration staff including team meetings and delivery of business objectives The day-to-day management of workflow amongst our administration staff Ensuring that the team are operating in line with agreed workflows and practices Setting the standard for our client service and client engagement, ensuring we bring an opening night principle to all customer interactions Tracking of service standards and highlighting to management any bottlenecks Working with our offshore staff Having a staff level strategy About You You above all will be someone who just loves to get stuff done! You love getting involved and when you see something that needs doing, you get on with doing it! You bring energy and passion and must have a genuine love for what we do. You get your biggest kicks out of coaching your team and seeing them grow and be successful. Their success is your success. The Successful Person Must Have 5+ years of people leadership experience and 2 years experience in the advice industry Proficiency in Xplan is desirable but not entirely essential It Is Desirable For The Person To Have Ideally a qualification in financial services (such as a Diploma of Financial Service, Financial Planning) - not essential but desirable Some understanding of the advice industry history and the upcoming legislative environment A history of communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders Interviews will be conducted throughout the advertisement period and this role may be filled prior to expiration of this advertisement.
