We are looking for a permanent Inbound Customer Service Officer to join our busy team based in Regents Park.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming enquiries relation to hamper delivery timeframes
• Enquiries as to pricing and products
• Outbound calling to follow up customer enquiries (NO SALES)
• Processing returns
• Solving customer complaints in a timely manner

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in either telemarketing, customer service or retail
• An ability to engage with people over the phone and build rapport.
• A strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience working to deadlines and KPI’s
• A willingness to work in a team environment and have fun.
