Zoom Recruitment are currently looking for a customer service operator in the steel manufacturing environment based in Cavan. Working in an office environment on a manufacturing site for a 3 month period with potential for an extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person
- Prepare quotes, manage pricing updates, process payments, and issue credit notes
- Manage and nurture key customer accounts
- Support and maintain accurate data within the CRM system
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain clear communication with customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail
- Committed to workplace safety
- Prior logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach
