About the Role

To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong office. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Minimize outstanding debtors and reconcile debtors as necessary
• Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
• Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
• Accurate new customer account setup
• Process credit card payments as required
• Support Operations and Sales staff

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in administration / in-bound call centre / customer service role
• Experience in credit, debtor & cash handling
• A professional and friendly telephone manner as the major focus of this role is telephone based
• Good attention to detail
• A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
