Customer Service Officer (CSB13)

About the role

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Wetherill Park Branch as a Customer Service Representative.

You will be working closely with our Sales, Processing, Operations and Despatch teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries predominantly via phone and email
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Generating quotes and orders
• Providing constructive feedback on stock levels to the Supply Chain team
• Proving support to the account managers on the road

You will be an experienced retail sales/customer service representative, who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve and provide customer solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• The ability to understand business needs and offer solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Steel or construction industry experience would be highly regarded
