Customer Service Officer- Residential Aged Care

About the role:

Located in Taigum on Brisbane's inner northside at St Martins Residential Aged Care Facility you will use your high-level customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for visitors, residents and staff.

Your administration duties will be providing quality operational administration support as directed and in conjunction with the management staff of the facility. This is a very rewarding position, where you will be invaluable in the day to day lives of those you encounter.

This is a permanent part-time position from 8.30am - 4.30pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. As you will be job sharing, some flexibility is required to cover for the other person in their absence. This role offers a competitive salary with the option to Salary Package up to $15,900 of your salary tax free which greatly increases your take home pay. You will be supported in your role by a fantastic inclusive Manager and a positive team culture.

• Skills in Administration
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to adapt to new systems
• Covid Vaccination evidence (2 doses)
• National Police Clearance
