OBJECTIVES: 

  • Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day running of CreativeCubes.Co.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to all Members and Visitors.
  • Thoroughly understand the needs and businesses of our Members to serve them better.
  • Uphold our strong marketplace reputation, built on impeccable customer service.

  • Operate at a reception in any CreativeCubes.Co-locations across VIC as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Attend all daily requirements regarding the space's opening/closing, member requirements, sales leads when required, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution when needed. 
  • Work with the Space Team to facilitate internal/external event promotions. 
  • Complete new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that align with organisational procedures. 
  • Servicing meeting rooms with coffee deliveries and introducing clients into the space, also setting up the meeting rooms for the day-to-day running of the space. 
  • Provide support to the other Team Members and Management to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of CreativeCubes.Co
  • Manage/update all registers, access cards, office keys, and passes.
  • Updating of Registers and current CRMs as per company procedures. 
  • Ensure strong/clear communication between all staff members to enable them to carry out adequate customer service functions efficiently. 
  • When necessary, assist with projects and support a Business Centre lead with projects when required. 

ENQUIRIES AND NETWORKING: 

  • We welcome all enquiries showing the highest level of hospitality and following current Procedures.  
  • Assist with hosting and organising networking and community events. 

MAINTENANCE: 

• Reporting and completion of all maintenance requests both internally and with building management. 

• Work with other Team Members to ensure the centre is always in excellent condition. 

OTHER: 

Any other duties reasonably requested in line with any of the above.

Desired Experience:

  • 2-3 year’s experience working a customer service role 
  • University Graduate preferred 
  • Customer Service and sales experience is a must 
  • Hotel Operations or Concierge background is a plus 
  • Strong self-awareness 
  • 2 + years of operational and or facilities management 
  • Demonstrate strong moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living 
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
