About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Darwin team as a Customer Service Representative on a full time basis.  As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is varied and a critical support to the rest of the team. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage all phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers.
• Process customer purchase orders into the system
• Respond to customer queries, concerns or problems effectively, escalating appropriately when required.
• Provide guidance and support for customers navigating online ordering including password resets. 
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to find solutions for customers - this might be around stock, deliveries, pricing queries, urgent next day deliveries, item substitutes etc.

What will you bring?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous customer service experience is a MUST
• Well organised and self-disciplined to manage your workload
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player
