Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Sydney, NSW. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, data insert, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to sales team. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, quotations and maintaining customer records. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
