Customer Service Representative / Estimator

Snap Print Solutions West Perth is looking for an industry-experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about print, design and delivering exceptional customer service. We focus on providing our clients with a fast and professional service, delivering a quality product to our valued clients.

This position involves customer service as first point of contact, responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, by phone, walk in's, email & web enquiries. Cost Estimating requires a high degree of accuracy, literacy & numeracy as well as an ability to work efficiently and professionally.
We're seeking a person who can build rapport and maintain client relationships, have the ability to work autonomously, be reliable, the ability to multi-task work towards deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

If you enjoy graphic design there are opportunities to utilize your graphic design skills using Adobe Creative suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

We value a person who has a strong work ethic, who has the drive to succeed and passion for delivering a quality product. A willingness to learn, good communication skills, confidence, presents well and a strong eye for detail will be highly regarded.

You'll work closely with the Centre Manager, designer and our clientele and have a fun and rewarding work environment.

We are after someone seeking a long-term position with the ability to grow and learn all parts of the business.

Daily tasks include:

• Handling telephone, email and face to face client enquiries

• Providing quotes to customers 

• Processing quotes to jobs

• Maintaining a customer database

• Creating briefs for print production and assisting with production of jobs as required

• Delivery of an excellent customer experience

• Follow Up Phone-calls 

• Scanning & Plan Printing

• All finishing - such as binding, trimming, collating laminating.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 30-38.5 hours per week -with flexibility for the right person.

Starting date June 2025

Skills and experience

• Print and Design Industry Experience preferred

• Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator Mac Operator experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• An ability to work to deadlines, and prioritise tasks

• A positive attitude and sense of urgency

• Must be well presented

• Must have references available on application.
