This role involves engaging with customers who are trialing our cutting-edge cloud products and ensuring they harness the full potential of our solutions.
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients
We're dedicated to providing innovative and ground breaking accounting products and services that redefine industry standards.
Calling client prospects to nurture to sales readiness;
Contacting current customers and partners attempting to upsell/cross-sell into other product ranges;
Developing sales pipeline on specified product ranges;
Account managing existing Reckon Bookkeepers and Accountants and helping them grow.
Looking for new business to help grow adoption of Reckons various Cloud products.
Demonstrate Reckon cloud products as well as running presentations.
Provide regular updates and relevant reports to various stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with other teams as required, in order to get the best results for our customers
Answering inbound calls and resolving customer issues/enquiries
Achieve daily outbound contact and talk time KPIs.
Providing superior customer service
Ideally you’ll have
Experience in phone-based sales
Motivated and goal driven
Confident personality

Fluent/Professional level English skills;
