Our Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) team delivers the world’s greatest content, transformational platforms and market leading services to our customers. The CXS team offers customers a suite of tailored venue management solutions including technology platforms, patron engagement systems, analytics and business solutions as well as training and technical support. As a Customer Success Trainer you will conduct functional and technical system product training using various delivery methods (Face to face, Zoom, Telephone & via Remote desktop).
You will leverage your prior industry experience around the day-to-day operational activities of gaming venues with a focus on Gaming, Marketing, Membership, Cashflow, back of house procedures and digital content management.Provide on-site pre and post installation training and support for Aristocrats Venue Management Systems, Applications, and web-based products Develop structured training courses and supporting documentationDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsManage customer enquires and ensure all information is logged in SalesforceAssist with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) on new and existing productsWork with sales on new bids and tendersWork effectively with customers, product developers, customer support and sales to provide innovative and sound instructional solutions to ensure effective use of company productsManage Client calls utilising our Call Management System (Salesforce)
What We're Looking ForEpic customer service skillsA love for helping people and an appetite to learnKnowledge of Casino and/or club operational procedures and gaming knowledge is highly desired Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power PointExperience in venue promotions including, building promotions, marketing, draws and use of a kiosk would be highly regardedHands-on experience in the delivery of formal training programsExceptional presentation, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to write training and procedural documentationDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with a teamProven application/technical training experience ideally within the gaming environment and in particular, cash-flow analysis and reconciliation proceduresWe work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will require you to be on-site at customer venues from time to time as well as the ability to work from the office or home. This role can be located in Sydney, Newcastle or Canberra
