The Role:
 
They seek an organised Electronic Security Industry Professional with sound Alarm Monitoring Centre experience to join our team to support our Customers and Technicians. For the right candidate, we offer full training on a suite of cutting-edge remote management software packages as well as SIMPRO, a leading customer management platform for the electronic security industry.
 
To qualify for this role you may have either existing Alarm Monitoring Centre experience or Electronic Security Systems integrator experience from an operational standpoint.
This is a stable family-owned and highly respected Australian-owned security systems company that offers you this exciting and varied role as a key member of the administration and operations of the company.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Alarm Monitoring Centre to ensure that all keyholder and alarm zone information is complete and up to date.
• Respond to phone and email queries from our customer base.
• Support our field technicians to coordinate service calls and installations.
• Assist clients with changes to their alarm and CCTV systems through our remote management software platforms.
• Maintain the SIMPRO Client Management database.
• Manage inbound/outbound deliveries of stock.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least two years of experience in an ASIAL Graded Alarm Monitoring Control Room.
• A good understanding of an Alarm Monitoring Software Package.
• Some data entry and database management experience.
• High-level written and computer skills.
• A problem-solving and common sense mindset.
• Excellent administrative skills with a focus on detail.

 
Additional Requirements: 
 
You need to hold or be able to attain a NSW 1E Security Licence.
A Police clearance check is also required.
