This role includes:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
- Performing accurate data entry into SAP
- Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing
- Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
- Tracking orders and managing customer information
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders
- Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Resilience to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
- A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded
- Experience using SAP is essential
