Customer Support Officer

Are you a resilient, empathetic professional with a passion for helping others and experience in customer support? This role is not for the faint hearted, working in a changing environment for a global medical company. 

This role includes:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
• Performing accurate data entry into SAP
• Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing
• Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
• Tracking orders and managing customer information

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders 
• Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
• Resilience to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
• A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded
• Experience using SAP is essential
