About the role
Our operation presents a diversified range of roles to suit all levels of employees, all the roles are physical and involve basic to advanced machine operation; making and packing of dairy products; and cleaning activities. Potential candidates with previous dairy knowledge will have substantial growth and development opportunities within the business. The factory works only on daytime - one shift, there are no 2nd shifts or weekend work at all.
About the candidate
You have worked before in a food factory (preferably dairy). You are motivated, good natured, you communicate well verbally and in writing. You are physically fit (able to stand for long periods of time and carry weights), and you have strong work ethics, a 'can do' attitude, and ability to understand processes.
