About the role

After rolling out our new ERP NetSuite platform, we are looking to hire a Data Analyst System Administrator to be responsible for the administration and optimisation of the platform, ensuring data integrity and providing insightful data analysis to support strategic decision making.

The role will bridge the gap between technical system management and business intelligence, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Duties:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to provide data driven insights

• Design & develop custom reports and dashboards within NetSuite and other relevant tools

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvement

• Support ad-hoc data requests and provide a timely response to stakeholder inquiries

• Present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear concise manner

• Work with stakeholders to provide data for KPI and metric tracking

• Configure and manage user access, roles and permissions within NetSuite

• Perform data uploads, maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accuracy & consistency

• Implement and maintain customisations, workflows and integrations within NetSuite

• Develop and maintain documentation for NetSuite processes and configurations

Skills and experience

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript or other scripting languages

• Proven experience as a NetSuite administrator or similar program, with a strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities

• Experience with data manipulation techniques

• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

• Excellent analytical, problem solving & critical thinking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Detail-orientated with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
