We are seeking a tertiary educated candidate with strong data, MS Excel and modelling skills to maintain asset databases and recording maintenance activity for the management of building
assets. The successful candidate will strong in data administration and/or analytics to develop, maintain and support our database management system.

Task & Responsibilities
- Formatting data captured during onsite inspections Using a range of asset and maintenance database software.
- Managing data flow from being received from clients through to final processing
- designing and maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files
- implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Recording maintenance activities for a large portfolio of properties and allocating the activities and costs to individual assets
- Assessing, interpreting and assigning maintenance invoices and purchasing information against assets within maintenance systems
- Implement security, backup, and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
- managing processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning
- liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analysing, recommending, installing and maintaining software security applications; and monitoring contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients
Qualification & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL or similar
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of database design, data modelling, and normalization.
- High attention to detail
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
