Your Responsibilities:

New and Used Delivery Coordination

· Co-ordinate all pre-delivery tasks for new and used vehicle deliveries.

· Ensure all vehicles meet Customer Promise Date delivery timeframes.

· Schedule internal installations and external sublet installations efficiently.

· Manage internal staff expectations and outcomes.

· Maintain clear communication with the sales team, pre-delivery team, and management.

Pre-Owned Vehicle Reconditioning

· Schedule mechanical checks with our service team

· Coordinate paint and panel quotes and scheduling externally.

· Maintain vehicle reconditioning schedules and ensure all checks are completed before delivery.

· Manage detailing scheduling internally and externally and prepare purchase orders for detailing.

What We’re Looking For:

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

· A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of vehicle presentation.

· Proficiency with digital tools and vehicle management systems.

· A current driver’s license (manual and automatic).
