Delivery Driver

We are looking for motivated and reliable Delivery Drivers (Pie Truck Driver) to join our team in a thriving and rewarding organization at our depot based at Larapinta.

About the role:

• Conduct and complete the daily checks for defects and safe operating condition of the vehicle and sign the vehicle observation book.

• Drive vehicle in an economical manner by adhering to the driver operations best practice.

• Adhere to all road rules and regulations whilst on roads.

• A strong customer focus is compulsory in meeting and understanding customer needs through the delivery of freight and services.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and customer documentation

•  Load and unload goods following company procedures and safety guidelines

• Attend industry specific training to maintain compliance requirements of the company

• Assist with other duties as directed by management.

• Ensure goods are handled with care and delivered in good condition

 About you:

• Have a good clean driving history. (Minimum 6 points remaining)

• Has experience with PDA scanners

• A C class license (Car License)

• A sound understanding of Load Restraint.

• Possess excellent organizational skills and time management.

• Previous experience in delivery or multi-drop driving (preferred)

• Have a good working knowledge of surrounding regions.
