About the role

Are you passionate about driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful projects? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Solutions & Australian Market Partnering Delivery Lead! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance customer engagement and digital presence. You will lead key initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise in Agile and Lean practices will be crucial in achieving our goals.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of strategic initiatives, including business case development, sequencing, and dependency mapping.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and supporting artifacts to ensure program success.
• Manage cost and benefit tracking across the program of work.
• Establish and run a successful project governance and change management process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure successful transition of operational requirements and acceptance criteria enterprise-wide.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

• Solid experience in delivering large, complex projects and/or programs of work
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualise complex systems
• Experience working in a cross-functional delivery team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and influence people to drive program objectives.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and applied knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies would also help you to hit the ground running.
