About the role:
We’re seeking customer focused individuals driven to achieve sales targets to join our product demonstration team. You will assist customers in purchasing their very own Premium Swiss Fully automatic coffee machine. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Merchandising of JURA products and displays in leading retail outlets.

• Demonstrate all aspects of JURA products to customers including technical descriptions of products and they way they may be used.

• Maintain a high level of customer service to both retailers and customers.

• Introduce new products at store level including staff training and ongoing coaching.

Store locations will be Maribyrnong, Essendon and Taylors Lakes.

About you:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Product demonstration experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and a team player.

• Previous retail/sales experience highly regarded.

• Well presented with a bright and engaging personality

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Friday – Sunday availability required.
