Dental Receptionist

We are currently seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team looking to support our dentists to the best of their ability!

About you:

• Highly motivated and a team player
• Attention to detail
• Professional attitude with both patients and staff
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Good computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Gmail)
• Excellent organisation skills
• Positive attitude towards learning new skills and showing initiative

Preferred:

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above
• Experience using Exact Software of Excellence - however training will be provided
• Able to self-manage and take full responsibility of their role
• Experience handling patient enquiries at front desk, over the phone and email (training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day running of appointment book
• Make and reschedule appointments
• Incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Process health fund claims and payments.
• General Admin procedures/tasks

Remnumeration dependent on skill and qualification level.
