Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience.Answer telephone calls and manage patient inquiries promptly and courteously.Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments as required. Provide administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and copying.Assist with clinic and surgery cleaning to maintain a hygienic environment.Manage patient invoicing and accounts accurately.Assist with our patient recall systems to ensure timely follow-ups.Provide chair-side dental assistance to our dentists when required. What We Are Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organisational skills.Experience with dental practice management software, such as Exact, is preferred.A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
