The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Retail Management experience- required
• Time management skills
• Visual merchandising skills
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an Owner's Mindset for your department
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team 
• A resilient & innovative problem solver 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• IT competency
• First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)

Department Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations  
• Monitor daily stock recovery within your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas of the business 
• Lead high volume stock management
• Daily recovery & replenishment of stock
• Driving store presentation and visual Merchandising 
• Launching and executing catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
