We are looking for a Development Manager to join a dynamic and motivated team to work on an extensive pipeline of mixed-use projects. You will learn from visionary and highly skilled leaders, be part of an influential development team, and work on an enviable pipeline of projects.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of exciting built-form and Land development projects from conception to completion, working alongside industry experts and stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple high-profile development projects
- Develop and manage project feasibilities, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success
- Navigate planning approvals and regulatory requirements
- Engage with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies
- Oversee project rectification and transition to asset management, including establishing operational procedures and managing stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives
Skills and Qualifications - Proven experience in a built-form development role or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Perth property market and development processes
- Excellent project management and financial acumen
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
