The Place Delivery Group is responsible for leading an expansive development program that spans suburban estate development and exemplar urban regeneration and renewal projects, including large-scale civil and infrastructure initiatives.
Exciting opportunities exists within the Group to manage and deliver sustainable and people-focused neighbourhoods from concept to completion, focusing on affordable living, safety, social inclusion, housing choice, and environmental sustainability. The successful candidate will apply strategic thinking approaches, promoting connectivity and lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring land release, settlement, revenue targets, and cost control., active living, and positive environmental and social outcomes

The successful candidate will require moderate to high knowledge and experience of land development, project management, planning, design and construction processes.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
