We’re a tight-knit, high-performing team that thrives on creating impact through data, with deep specialisation in cloud, analytics, and data engineering solutions About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our consulting team and support the uplift of a mission-critical platform for one of our investment banking clients. This role is focused on enabling seamless deployment into a modern AWS-based infrastructure while ensuring high availability and zero-downtime releases across over 1,000 services.You’ll work closely with an existing team to deliver a robust CI/CD strategy, modernize legacy deployment pipelines, and implement scalable release mechanisms such as blue-green deployments and cloud-native backup strategies. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the deployment and scalability of services on a newly uplifted AWS cloud platformImplement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, zero-downtime releasesCollaborate with development and platform teams to modernize legacy systems without disruptionDesign and manage automated cloud backup strategies to ensure data durability and recoveryDrive improvements in infrastructure resilience, observability, and scalabilityShare knowledge, support existing DevOps teams, and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture Requirements 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.)Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins, etc.)Experience with blue-green or canary deployments in complex microservice environmentsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional teamsComfortable working 3 days onsite with a collaborative, client-facing team Nice to HavePrior experience in financial services or high-stakes regulated environmentsFamiliarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)Consulting background or experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs What We OfferWork on strategic transformation projects with global banking clientsHybrid working model (3 days onsite)Supportive consulting environment with access to technical communitiesOpportunities for career growth across cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering domains
