Join a Mission-Critical Defence Support Team!

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Modeler and Technical Author to support the JP2060 Deployable Health Capability (DHC) Support Program.

In this dual-role, you'll lead logistics analysis and author high-quality technical documentation to ensure effective system support design and lifecycle management.

You will contribute to a nationally significant program, working on leading-edge Defence health capability while delivering vital support documentation and logistics analysis in a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the JP2060 Life Cycle Cost Model
  • Investigate and respond to Commonwealth RODUMS
  • Codify and catalogue Items of Supply to NATO standards
  • Author and manage Defence-compliant Technical Publications and illustrations
  • Support ILS data management, technical baselines, and transition of deliverables into service
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of logistics products
  • Maintain and support the technical publication library
About you

Experience & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Defence or complex engineering project environments
  • Strong background in ILS analysis, codification, and technical authorship
  • Proficient with ILS tools, PLM systems, and ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with strong communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (desirable).

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communicator, able to set clear expectations and provide feedback.


As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
