About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Diagnostic Technician to become a key member of our Mercedes-Benz Service Team in Warwick Farm. If you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering top-tier service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing advanced diagnostics across the Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans range
• Working closely with Mercedes-Benz Australia to resolve complex technical issues
• Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle faults with precision
• Completing all jobs in line with the Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
• Road testing vehicles and performing quality checks to ensure a First-Time Fix
• Staying up to date with the latest brand knowledge through ongoing Mercedes-Benz training
• Mentoring and supporting other technicians in the workshop

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Technician certification (essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s licence
• Great organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• A collaborative team player who’s also confident working independently
• A genuine passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz is a plus, but not essential
