About the Role:

Join Australia’s fastest-growing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) company and work with a diverse range of Manitou products, including Telehandlers, Gas Forklifts, and Battery Electric Equipment.

As a valued member of the service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while performing scheduled maintenance, attending breakdowns, and conducting safety and functionality checks.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious professional with a passion for technical learning and problem-solving. Your strong industry experience, coupled with a commitment to quality workmanship, will help you thrive in this role. You will have the opportunity to work independently or collaboratively, applying a structured approach to fault-finding and servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in fault finding, servicing, and repairs

• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Relevant trade qualification

• A current driver’s licence

• Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
