Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our Communications & Marketing team on a 6-month paid internship, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This role offers a great start with a flexible three working days per week, providing hands-on experience and growth potential within our small but mighty company. Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver our podcast calendar including identifying engaging topics, organising guests, managing the recording studio, editing and uploading the finished podcast and managing the marketing and promotions around each episode.
Research current trends in line with brand strategy to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s voice and target audience.
Assist our Brand and Social Media Executive to develop engaging and creative weekly content, including writing, filming and editing video clips for social media channels where required.
Assist our Brand and Social Media Executive to design, schedule and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing strategies.
Support the marketing team with updating company digital assets, content creation, event coordination, brand collaborations, affiliate marketing, and other marketing activities to support campaigns and business initiatives.
Provide insights to the Marketing team on emerging social media platforms, digital tools, and creative trends that could benefit the brand’s online presence.
The Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or PR/ Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism or PR.
Excellent writing ability as well as exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A passionate and ambitious content and social media-savvy individual looking for an interesting work environment that fosters personal and career growth.
A team player that can also work well independently.
Willingness to travel interstate if necessary
