The Role:As a key figure in our team, you will be the second hire at Hedgehog. This role is not just a job, but a mission to support and guide our clients towards marketing autonomy and success. We are looking for someone with a rich background in service-based or agency marketing, ready to share their expertise and help businesses to own their marketing. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in all facets of digital marketing. You will be producing bespoke strategies for your clients and assisting them throughout the implementation process to see it come to life. This means you must have an understanding of various digital marketing elements and be able to train your clients on how to implement them themselves. This role will be especially valuable for anyone with key experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO. Key Responsibilities:Provide top-tier 1-on-1 training and support in various digital marketing platforms.Guide our clients through the implementation of their bespoke marketing plans with a helpful hand.Assist in developing insightful marketing strategies and brutally honest reports for our clients.Manage client onboarding, gaining access to their platforms and setting up their bespoke success tools.Craft compelling content for Hedgehog’s own digital channels.Engage in innovative thinking for new marketing ideas and initiatives.Be an integral part of growing the business to the next level. Your Profile:3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a service-based context or as a digital marketer at an agency.A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.A strong grasp of core digital marketing platforms (email marketing, social media, search)Ideally very strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.Strong communication skills and a talent for nurturing relationships and educating others with your expertise.Eager to embrace and promote Hedgehog’s ethos of honesty and empowerment.You embody Hedgehog’s hiring principles of being Considered, Curious and Caring.
