Purpose of the Role
To coordinate and deliver digital marketing initiatives across websites, email platforms and social media, while supporting the digital growth and engagement of member travel agencies.
The Opportunity
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Manage enhancements to corporate, member and intranet websites.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives and support database growth.
Create, curate and schedule content across social media platforms.
Monitor and optimise social media channels including paid advertising.
Report on digital platform performance and key metrics.
Support the marketing team and members with digital marketing advice.
Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing activities.
Attend and represent the business at industry events as needed.
Assist the broader marketing team with project delivery.
Play a key role in promoting exciting travel content across multiple channels.
About You
A degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 1 year's experience in a digital marketing role.
Confident working with Meta Business Suite and Google My Business.
Skilled in using Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop.
Comfortable using email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Strong skills in website CMS management and basic HTML knowledge.
Excellent copywriting, grammar and proofreading skills.
Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
