Are you a digital marketer ready to take ownership of strategy, execution and performance across a values-driven business in the clean tech space? This is your opportunity to lead digital campaigns and manage website platforms that contribute to one of the greatest challenges of our generation-sustainable energy.

You'll be responsible for shaping and executing digital advertising campaigns, optimising lead generation, and ensuring digital assets perform at their best. Your experience across B2C and B2B campaigns will be essential in building brand visibility and commercial growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Digital advertising strategy: Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and more. Use Google Analytics to generate insights and improve performance.

  • Website & platform integrations: Manage integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, and Typeform to ensure seamless user experiences and functionality.

  • Creative and copywriting: Develop compelling copy and digital assets for social and web platforms, with a keen eye for brand and visual design.

  • Campaign analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance, implementing improvements to drive ROI and lead quality.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals.

Who we're looking for:
You're a hands-on, strategic digital marketer who thrives in an agile, purpose-led environment. You take ownership of your work, collaborate easily across teams, and have a strong handle on advertising budgets and performance metrics.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years' experience in digital or growth marketing, with strengths in Google Ads and paid social

  • A data-driven mindset and a test-and-learn approach to campaign management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A passion for sustainability and clean technology

  • Strong writing skills and an eye for digital design

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and platforms

  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
