Diploma Early Childhood Educators

Come and join our recently opened, growing service at Discovery Cove ELC in South Yunderup. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the next generation as you work alongside our outstanding team of fellow educators. Discovery Cove ELC is a supportive team that will help you grow in your own educational practice, with a high quality program and close collaboration. 

What you will do in this role?

• Work closely together with other educators throughout our centre to achieve goals.

• Work with our families, and our community, to promote the best practices in customer service in an early learning centre environment.

• Be someone that other educators can look up to and learn from.

• Ensure legal compliance and uphold child safety standards, including mandatory reporting obligations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) PREFERRED but willingness to work towards considered.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (Can be completed if successful)
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulations
Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Discovery Cove ELC is a 90 place centre in the heart of the growing Austin Lakes development, in South Yunderup, WA. Discovery Cove ELC opened with 3 rooms in November, 2024 and has grown quickly, with our 4th room opening in March, 2025.

We're a team focused group with strong links to the community. Discovery Cove ELC also works closely with Austin Lakes Common to make a community impact in our region, and beyond.
