About Us
The Kindy Garden ELC is a warm, welcoming, and family-owned early learning centre located in the heart of Caringbah South. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional early childhood education through play-based learning, respectful relationships and a strong focus on quality.

We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma or Certificate III Educator to join our team full-time. If you're someone with a strong understanding of the EYLF, a commitment to compliance, and a genuine love for children—this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF

• Provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5

• Observe and document children’s progress, and collaborate with families

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and centre policies

• Participate actively in team discussions and ongoing professional development

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQS, and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience in an early childhood setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive, professional attitude and genuine love for teaching

• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training
