🎯 The Role
  • Engage and nurture potential leads through direct message (DM) conversations

  • Qualify and disqualify prospects based on scripts, frameworks, and strategic dialogue

  • Contribute to the financial outcomes of the Company by improving our key metrics; including but not limited to:

    • Number of qualified bookings

    • Lead quality

    • Show up rates

  • Book qualified calls into our sales team’s calendars
    Represent our brand with professionalism, empathy, and excellence

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

  • Possess exceptional written communication skills — able to read nuance, tone, and energy

  • Have experience with DM conversations via SMS, email and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)

  • Have high attention to detail with an intuitive understanding of human behaviour

  • Be organised, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets

  • Have strong work ethic and internal drive for success

  • Have a long-term mindset — committed to growing with a thriving company

  • Be coachable, eager to learn, and willing to embrace feedback

  • Previous DM setting experience preferred but not essential for the right A-Player

  • Have the ability to THRIVE in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is results-driven.

✅ The Successful Candidate Must:
  • Preferably have experience in DM setting in a high-ticket or high-performance sales environment (preferred but not essential);

  • Have an incredible eye for detail – nothing gets past you, from typos to tone to funnel breaks;

  • Are a native or fluent English speaker with a strong grasp of tone, nuance, and emotional intelligence — you know how to carry a conversation that’s casual, warm, and human, while still driving toward a result with clear intent;

  • Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientated – if something isn’t working, you don’t wait, you bring it up with the right people to get it fixed asap;

  • Understand how to use metrics and KPIs to assess your own performance and make high-impact decisions;

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, remote team – we work hard, we move fast, we celebrate results; 

  • Are self-led – you don’t need to be handheld, micromanaged or pushed to perform; and

  • Have a professional home office setup with high-speed internet and reliable computer/laptop.

  • Daily and weekly performance tracked and optimised

  • DM conversations that align with our brand voice and drive quality applications

  • KPIs exceeded across speed-to-lead and response rate, conversation-to-call ratio, show-up rate and set-to-close rate

  • Pipeline issues identified early and resolved quickly

  • Improved call quality from better prospects, directly attributed to DM strategy refinements
