THE OPPORTUNITY

The Western Australia Police Force is seeking a passionate, results-oriented professional to lead teams that contribute to and complement community-centred policing.  

This is an exciting opportunity to join the executive leadership team at the WA Police Force where you will have strategic oversight to all aspects of policing and can influence and support decision-makers to ensure the agency delivers world-class policing services to the community of WA. 

THE ROLE

As the Director Finance and Business Services, you will provide strategic leadership and management of financial, business and procurement and contract management services. You will support the Executive Director on strategic and operational planning and provide expert advice on the implications of policy decisions under consideration by the State Government and the agency’s executive leadership team. 

Your substantial and proven corporate services expertise will be relied upon to ensure our frontline police officers are actively and appropriately supported to prevent crime and keep our community safe. Your service delivery and that of your teams, will have impact across the agency’s operations and will make a difference to the daily lives of all Western Australians.
