As part of our executive leadership team, you’ll work with passionate group of Nurse Unit Managers to foster a positive culture and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care to the community. This is a hands-on leadership position at the heart of hospital operations. You’ll oversee patient flow, bed management, and resource coordination, and contribute to executive-level decision-making—including participation in the Belmont District Hospital on-call roster. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the service and key external stakeholders to drive improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
