Director of Sales & Marketing

Jaws Buckets & Attachments is located in Archerfield. We are Australia's largest privately owned provider of specialised equipment for the mining.

Well established, with over fifty years’ experience in designing and manufacturing earthmoving equipment and attachments that are sold in over 29 countries.

The Role:

As the Director of Sales & Marketing you will work closely with the General Manager to lead the performance and development of our sales and marketing team, driving both revenue, brand and margin growth while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This strategic leadership role focuses on optimising sales operations, enhancing customer service delivery, and aligning with Jaws Buckets vision and goals.

Success in this role requires proven sales leadership experience, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to engage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Implementing the Sales and Marketing Strategy;

• Managing the marketing efforts;

• Lead and develop the sales team;

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to secure and extend existing business;

• Active involvement in key negotiations & tenders;

• Develop and implement systems that monitor the extent to which your team is delivering the service, products, and price required to meet and exceed customer requirements.

• Proven sales leadership experience with a passion for developing salespeople;

• Understanding of the mining and construction marketplace;

• Understanding of marketing within an industrial and heavy construction business;

• Understanding of a complex sales environment.
