Requirements
§ We are looking for support worker who is experienced in assisting clients with complex care needs.
§ Must have current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
§ Certificate IV in Disability Support or relevant and/or equivalent experience
§ Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (required)
§ Current Victorian Driver License & a Car
§ Current police check (less than 6 months old) (required)
§ Current CPR/First Aid Certificate (required)
§ A current resume
§ Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia or have (Australian Passport-Australian Citizenship (required)
§ The ability to work Wednesday and Friday
§ Strong communication skills
§ Professionalism and ability to work in a team environment.
§ Respect the clients right to keep their own lifestyle, culture and religion.
§ An eye for detail, thoroughness in completing tasks.

Personal Support Worker
We are looking for Disability Support Workers who will develop meaningful relationships with participants by getting to know them as people with individual needs, dreams and aspirations.
You will be required to support participants to work towards achieving their identified goals, whilst empowering them to participate in personal decision making.

Relevant qualifications and experience in the disability sector is must.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Work can be varied and is determined by the support needs of the clients and their decision makers/ family. This could include:
· Have experience in PEG Feeding and complex care
· Provide emotional and social support.
· Experience in using assistive technologies for transfers such as Hoist and Wheelchair.
· Ability to work independently with clients to achieve social and self-care goals.
· Ability to work with care plans.
Location of work: Point Cook, Victoria
Total hours: 14 hours
Days of work: Monday- Friday-Saturday and Sunday
Remuneration: Between $35 to $45 per hour
